24/1/2020 0 Comments Life After A YearIt has now been over a year since I had my bottom surgery! It is so hard to believe! I am so happy with the results.
Last week, I had my one year post op exam with Dr. Kim. He is also super happy. He dealt with the last little bit of granulation tissue and it does appear to finally be gone! We talked about revision surgery. I had two things I was contemplating. The pulling together of the front edge, which he had brought up at the consultation and possibly defining the inner labia. He would be happy to do both, but when we talked recovery time, I am opting for only pulling together front. Doing the whole thing would have been 3 weeks off of work! No, I am not going to do that. What we will be doing will be a surgery on a Friday and I can go back to work on Monday.

17/10/2019 0 Comments Breast AugmentationI had been researching Fat Transfer Augmentation recently, since I would love to have a little bit more fullness, but there is no way that I want to have implants. On a recent visit to see Dr. Kim, I asked him about it. Through our talk, he got a clear picture of what I wanted. He recommended using a Brava device prior to the transfer to help get the room in my breast tissue to help with the shap I was after.
I started digging into the device, and as far as I can tell, they are out of business. I did however find some similar products, and as I delved into them, it looks like I might be able to get what I want with just the device. It is a set of two domes that fit over the breasts and a small suction pump. Using it every day for several month can result in tissue growth. I am already familiar with tissue expansion. I had done it years ago when I did foreskin restoration. My body reacted very will to that. Dr. Kim even thought I was uncircumcised. So, I got a product from Noogleberry last week. Started using it last Friday. I am getting at least half an hour in with it a day, with most days being closer to 2 hours. Of course, there isn't any permanent change as of yet, but there is temporary swelling that does last several hours. I am seeing a shape to my breasts that I think is perfect. I am going to keep working with it throughout the winter to see what happens. With dedicated use, reports say that a 1 to 2 cup increase is possible. As cool as that is, I would be ecstatic with a half a cup increase if it resulted in a better shape. 28/9/2019 0 Comments Fantasies...Fantasies are a thing I never understood. I didn’t have them, so it was a weird concept.
Now that I have transitioned and have a body that I love, I have started having them. I find it amazing how much my brain has suppressed over the years. Coming into a life that I enjoy is do wonderful. 24/9/2019 0 Comments Pelvic Floor TherapyMy surgeon wanted me to see a pelvic floor therapist the last time I saw him. I have been dealing with a small bit of incontinence and also what feels like in egg when I sit down.
I had my first appointment about 3 weeks ago. She asked my to track my liquid intake and who often I peed on to separate days before my next appointment. At the next appointment, she took that data and had me start stretching out the time between urination. She had me start at 2 1/2 hours between with the goal of getting it up to 4 hours. I started out with the 2 1/2 hours and found it easy enough to do, so I increased it to three the following day. By the following week, I could easily make it the 4 hours without issue. She was happy with that. Last week, we started to address the "egg". We determined that is was primarily scar tissue with some knotted muscles for good measure. She worked on both that day and I could tell the next morning that it had helped. After work today, I see her again. We will be working on the scars and muscles again and also start with some microneedling, which will help even more with the scar tissue. The incontinence soundly stopped! 2 days in a row now I have woken with dry panties! I also so Dr. Kim again last week. The granulation tissue is getting better. He cauterized it again and so far, it seems to be staying away! Maybe the scar tissue was some of the issue there! 12/8/2019 0 Comments A New BraYesterday, I went bra shopping, since I didn't have a well fitting black bra, and I really want one. I went to a favorite shop that does an exceptional job with fitting. I had one in their records that I had tried on a previous visit, so I started with that one. I wasn't as thrilled with it this time, so I was brought some others to try one. One of those happened to be a 36D! What? A 36D? There is no way I could possibly be that size. Well, guess what? It fit! Holy crap! This is beyond what I ever thought I would be. Mind you, I can't wear every 36D, but I was still pretty impressed. I bought it and I am wearing it today. It fits so nicely. There "might" be a bit of room in the cups, but I seem to be filling out and I think it will soon be filled.
I'm a happy girl. ( . )( . ) And so are the girls. 6/8/2019 0 Comments Near 7Months!Wow! I am just days from being 7 months post op. It is so had to believe. I just absolutely love my new anatomy.
Well, I 95% love it. I still have some granulation tissue and some scar tissue. Neither want to go away. Tonight I will be seeing my surgeon and we will hopefully have a final decision on what we need to do. I suspect at this point that it will be some revision surgery to remove the scar tissue. We had previously tried a steroid injection to break it up, but that didn’t seem to do anything. I still have this big lump that is unpleasant to sit on. I also think it’s the source of my night time incontinence. Day time was quickly fixed with Kegel exercises. And the granulation tissue frequently stings and generally doesn’t feel good. It has lead to me not wanting to play around much down there. It’s hard to feel sexy when your junk isn’t happy. That said, I did manage to orgasm a couple weeks ago and O. M. G! That was amazing! It blows my mind how much more intense it feels than the old setup did! 29/7/2019 0 Comments I Still Can't Believe itSo, my hand just brushed across my crotch and I was struck by how amazing it is not having that thing there any longer! I really did bring tears of joy!
28/6/2019 0 Comments Happiness ContinuesHere we are, nearly 6 months after I got my aftermarket vagina! I have to say, it has been wonderful. Sure there have been some minor issues, but overall, I am extremely happy with it.
First the issues that I have had. The issues I have had are very minor. Early on, I had a wound towards the back entrance to my vagina. This is not an uncommon thing, and it quickly healed, except for a tiny area of skin on the surface. That developed into granulation tissue, which also is very common. It is when blood vessels and nerves develop on the outside. The fix for that is to cauterize it. Dr. Kim did that at our 3 month post op exam. The week after that felt great, but some of it did return. When I went back to deal with the return of the granulation tissue, he said that if all else fails, we might need to do some surgery to fix it. Of course I'd like to avoid that. Well, it came back again and when I visited him, he discovered that I had some scar tissue that had developed and that was probably why the granulation tissue kept coming back. So, he cauterized the remaining tissue and gave me a steroid injection into the scar tissue. That is supposed to help break it up. That will take 6-8 weeks. It had now been 2 1/2 weeks since that shot. I can't tell for sure if anything is happening, but I do know that my dilation has started to feel good again. I had a month or so where the large dilator was really unpleasant. One other thing that I have been dealing with was some minor incontinence. I've been wearing pads to deal with it for now. Dr. Kim thought it would get better once the other things were under control. Well, I wasn't seeing much progress there. Yesterday, I started doing Kegel exercises and almost immediately, I started to notice a vast improvement! So much so that I feel like I will be able to stop wearing pads within a day or two. DO YOUR KEGEL EXERCISES! On the plus side! My vagina looks amazing! It is everything I could have hoped for! And the sensations are so intense! I haven't yet reached orgasm, but I have come close. Really close. Even though I haven't yet, I come out of a session feeling so intensely satisfied. I have never felt such wonderful sensations through my body! 8/5/2019 0 Comments Post Op LifeTomorrow will mark 17 weeks since my surgery! It is incredibly hard to believe!
Recovery has gone really well, overall. The only setback that I had was granulation towards the back edge of my vagina. For those that don't know, granulation is when blood vessels develop on the surface, preventing skin from growing. My surgeon cauterized it at my 3 month checkup. It was getting a bit better, but I think because I was still wearing pads, do to continuing discharge, the pads started irritating the area. I have since stopped wearing them and things are improving. I have another followup with the surgeon next week to take another look at it. I have now dropped to dilating twice a day. It is going pretty well, but the last couple weeks, I've had a stinging sensation in the area of granulation. That is the main reason I am seeing the surgeon next week. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have to see him until next January! I did a test ride on my bike last weekend. I wasn't sure how that was going to work, but it turned out to be pretty comfortable. I thought sitting would be uncomfortable, but it turned out that it was my clitoris that was giving me the most sensation. It wasn't bad and I quickly became accustomed to it. Now if we would have some more nice weather... I have been helping my friend Venus develop her Patreon page. It has been fun working on it and throwing around ideas. It went live last week. She has some pretty cool plans in the works, some from my suggestions. Check it out! https://www.patreon.com/venusdemars/posts Last month I got to take my bikini into the hot tub and pool when we were out of town! It was so wonderful not having to worry about, things. 27/3/2019 2 Comments 11 Weeks on the Other SideWow. Just , wow. I cannot believe that it will be 11 weeks tomorrow since I had my surgery! I have so much to say about it, but for right now, a few highlights.
The morning after I got home, I took a shower (OMG, that felt good!) and when I saw myself in the mirror for the first time, I cried! My body felt right for the first time ever. Take your stool softeners! The worst pain I had related to the surgery was from the constipation from the opioids! I seriously thought I was going to go to the emergency room! I like dilating! After all this time, I still enjoy it. A few weeks ago, Dr. Kim gave me the go ahead to start exploring my new bits, to work on reprogramming. After a few days of doing it, suddenly it became very pleasurable, so I had a little fun with some toys, OMG! That felt so amazing! I didn't reach the finish line, but the intensity was beyond anything I had ever imagined! For the better part of a year before surgery, I didn't wear pants. The bulge became to much for me to handle. Since surgery, I have worn them almost everyday! I have only recently started wearing dresses and skirts again, with them warmer weather. |
